HOW TO CANCEL
Email support@veltiqai.com with subject line "Cancel My Account" and your business name. We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day. Your service stays active through the end of your current billing period.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges already processed. If a billing error occurred, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
MONTHLY SERVICE
Talking Website™ is billed at $147 per month. Your service stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
