Terms of Service

1. THE SERVICE

Veltiq AI provides Talking Website™, a conversational website service that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and includes:

• Talking Website AI trained on your business
• Answers to customer questions
• Service explanations and lead qualification
• Lead information capture
• Guidance that helps visitors take the next step

Optional connections to calendars, CRM, follow-up, and other business systems may be discussed separately and do not create additional public service tiers.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

• Talking Website™ is $147 per month
• Payment is charged automatically on your billing date each month
• All fees are in US dollars
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

3. PAID SERVICE

Payment begins when you sign up and covers the next monthly service period.

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@veltiqai.com or through your account dashboard. Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription charges that have already been processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days at support@veltiqai.com and we will review your case.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during setup
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not use Aria to deceive, defraud, or harass callers
• Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and FTC regulations
• Maintain a valid payment method on file
• Not resell or sublicense the service without written permission

7. AI DISCLOSURE AND RECORDING

Aria is an AI. Conversations with Aria are handled by artificial intelligence. By using Veltiq AI, you acknowledge this and agree that Veltiq AI may disclose that a visitor is speaking with an AI assistant. Voice conversations may be recorded.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use Veltiq AI to:

• Conduct illegal or fraudulent activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse callers
• Violate any federal, state, or local law
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages caused by maintenance, third-party providers, or events beyond our control.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Veltiq AI retains all rights to the platform, software, AI models, and website templates we provide. Your business data, call recordings, and customer information remain yours.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltiq AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, missed calls, or business losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that Aria will close every call, book every appointment, or prevent every missed call. Results vary by business, call volume, and market conditions.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
